本辑所集之作品直接得自画家送赠。藏者之姐，四九年前就读国立杭州艺术专科学校，受业于风眠先生门下。五十年代初，画家自杭州迁居上海，是时社会环境遽变，因背景、创作思想种种关系，未受重视，友朋往还较少，除外籍人士好其艺者登门求画外，往来的袛有包括其姐在内的几位学生。他当时年纪尚轻，先生与学生结伴外出时，他亦相陪左右，年龄相距虽远，老少相处甚欢，先生在杭州玉泉旧居也交由他的家人照料。获赠留念作品颇多，皆为五十年代初期或以前之作，部份出诸画家兴之所致、随心顺手者，虽云小品，寥寥数笔，却不乏精彩处！

        The works collected in this collection are directly donated by the artist. Sister of the tibetans, who attended the national hangzhou art academy four or nine years ago, was educated by Mr. Feng mian. Since the early 50 s, the painter moved to Shanghai, hangzhou is abrupt shifts in social environment, due to various relations background, creative thoughts, not respected, youpon set less, in addition to good foreigners keeps its art songs, exchanges between inland have several students, including the elder sister. He was still young at that time. When his husband went out with his students, he also stayed with him. Although his age was far away, he got along well with his young and old. A lot of works have been donated, all of which were made in the early 1950s or before. Some of them were created by painters and were free to follow their heart.
