這是壹件非常罕見的慈禧皇太後禦用陳設瓷器。這個時期的瓷器燒造基本上囊括了晚清以前所有的傳統器型，既有仿古也有創新。瓶蒜頭口，束頸，鼓腹，圈足。瓶身通體施白釉，以粉彩繪喜上眉梢圖，色彩妍麗，底部足內“永慶長春”四字兩行礬紅款。整個畫面營造出喜慶歡快、吉祥富貴的氣息，令人賞心悅目，滿足了皇室的審美需求。
