此梅瓶小口，短頸，豐肩，鼓腹，寬圈足。通體使用進口鈷料裝飾，成色濃重青翠，肩部繪纏枝蓮紋，腹部繪纏枝牡丹紋，紋飾刻畫流暢自然，局部有黑色結晶斑，近足處繪仰蓮紋壹周，素底無釉。這種梅瓶的傳世完整器物不多，十分名貴，歷經數百年寶光依舊，風韻猶存，令人贊嘆不絕。
