此件玉瓶以白玉雕琢而成，玉質細膩，色澤清和溫潤，瑩潤光潔。掏膛勻薄，子母口，口沿起平唇，帶蓋紋飾，腹部圓鼓，喇叭形圈足。上承蓋，頸部至腹部兩側饕餮紋雕琢雙鳳耳，整體造型圓潤端莊，為元代玉制陳設佳器。
